The Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Awards offer working young chefs with the chance to showcase their culinary skills and knowledge on a national platform.

The Craft Guild of Chefs Graduate Awards offer working young chefs with the chance to showcase their culinary skills and knowledge on a national platform. All contestants must be under the age of 23 and they have to demonstrate a high level of cooking excellence. Wenlock Spring will be providing water to keep the chefs refreshed whilst competing in the final cook-off on Thursday 5th September 2013 at the University of West London. This year’s successful graduates will be selected by a panel of judges chaired by renowned chef, Paul Gayler and the final announcement will be made at the awards presentation at Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel on the 16th September. The talented graduates win a European study tour and there will be an additional prize for the highest achiever.
